Oneon Realty Private Limited is based in the Byculla East area of Mumbai. You can find us on the 9th floor of the Shatrunjay Darshan building, specifically in room B/906. The building is located on Motisha X Lane, which is one of those narrow, busy streets that give Byculla its character. We are a private limited company, but the office itself is pretty modest. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. Byculla is a place with a lot of history and old buildings, but there are also new high-rises popping up everywhere now. We spend our time helping people navigate that mix of old and new. It’s not always easy, as real estate in this part of Mumbai can be quite complicated with all the different rules and old titles. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just talk to our clients like we’re talking to neighbors. Some days are spent mostly on the phone, and other days we are out and about in the lane or nearby blocks. Getting to the 9th floor can take a minute if the lift is busy, but we’re usually there working from morning until evening. We just focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary drama. It is a small team here at 179 B, and we just try to keep things moving along for whoever walks through our door.
