We are located at No. A101/106 in the Jai Bhavani Chs Ltd. building. Being in Patel Nagar, Kandivali West, means we are right in the middle of a busy residential area. Omveera Ice Creams Pvt Ltd isn't just a tiny stall; we have a bit more space here on M.G. Road No. 4, but it still feels like a local operation at heart. The building is usually full of activity with people coming and going from their homes. We spend a lot of our time in the office and the storage area, managing the paperwork and the inventory. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the distribution side of things is working right every day. We aren't really a place where you sit down for a long time; it's more about the business of getting the products out to where they need to go. The humidity in Kandivali can be really high, so we are always making sure our cooling systems are running perfectly. Sometimes we have issues with the narrow streets when the supply trucks come to drop off materials, and we have to go out and help guide them in so they don't hit anything. It’s just part of the daily grind for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the building. We don't have a big marketing department. It’s just us doing the daily work.
