Omsai Infraprojects Llp is located in Goregaon East. We are in the Snehdeep building, which is Flat 25/702 on Plot No.289. It’s on Pahadi School Road No.2. Goregaon is a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here can tell you. The commute can be a real headache, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is more of a close-knit group of people trying to keep things moving. The office is really just a flat in the Reservilla CHS. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is fine by us. We mostly deal with local infra projects and try to stay on top of all the regulations and paperwork that comes with it. You can see the school kids walking past the building every morning and afternoon. It’s a lively neighborhood. We don’t have much time for fancy meetings. Usually, we are just sitting around the table looking at maps or talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We’ve been at this location for a while. Mumbai is expensive, so having a steady place to work from is a good thing. We just do our bit every day and try to get home before the rains get too bad.
