Our office is located at Bandra East 70/3008. It is not easy to find if you are not from around here because the numbers can be confusing. We are just a small team of three people working out of this room. We have been at this address for nearly ten years now. Most of our work is helping families plan their yearly trips. We do a lot of bus bookings for groups and sometimes we help with individual train tickets. The walls are a bit plain and we have stacks of ledgers everywhere. We like it that way because it shows we are working. We don't have a big website or a marketing person. Usually, someone’s uncle or neighbor tells them to come to us. We try to be straight with people about the costs. If a hotel is not good, we tell them. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot from our window. Bandra East is always moving and we are just one small part of it. Some days the tea stall guy brings us snacks while we work. It is a simple life and we enjoy the people who come in. We don't make big promises, we just do the booking and give you the receipt. It is practical and it works for us and our customers who keep coming back year after year.
