Our office is located at Office No 12, up on the 4th floor of the building near Modi Masjid. We are in the Bunder West area, close to Worli Naka. Climbing those stairs or waiting for the lift is part of our daily routine. The area is quite packed, especially during the peak hours when everyone is trying to get through the Naka. From the windows, you can see a bit of the surrounding rooftops and the busy street below. Inside the office, it is mostly quiet compared to the noise outside. We have our files organized in cabinets that are starting to overflow a bit. There is a small area where visitors can sit, though it gets a little cramped when more than two people show up at once. Being in Worli Naka means there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or some snacks nearby. The building itself has been there for quite some time, so it has that lived-in feel. We don't really go for anything fancy; the walls are a simple color and the desks are just standard wood. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the air conditioning has to work overtime. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they know the masjid area well. It is a decent place to work from if you don't mind the hustle and bustle of Bunder West. We just handle the property matters and keep things moving without making a big deal of it.
