Our setup for OM NETRA BUILDCON LLP is in office number 12 at Anuradha Anuja CHS Ltd. This is on Chandavarkar Road in Borivali West. It’s a very established part of Mumbai, and being in a cooperative housing society means we are surrounded by people going about their daily lives. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it feels more like a community than a business district. The office is small but it gets the job done for our building projects. Borivali is where we focus most of our energy. We handle construction and redevelopment work, and since we are right here in the neighborhood, we can keep a close eye on everything. Sometimes the building meetings go on a bit long, and the monsoon rain makes the walls a bit damp, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. Most of our time is spent on site or at the desk figuring out costs and schedules. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work that doesn't always go perfectly, but we stay at it. People know where to find us if they have a question about a project or a bill. It’s a simple way to run a construction firm without making things more complicated than they need to be for our clients.
