You can find Om Kareshwar Travels in Borivali East, right near or inside the Hotel Shree Ramdev. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so people don’t usually have trouble finding where we are. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what’s necessary to help people with their travel plans. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here at the desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to transporters or checking on bookings. Being near the hotel means there’s always someone around, which is nice. Borivali East is a busy part of town, especially with the station nearby. We get a lot of people who are just passing through or locals who need to get somewhere. We don’t promise anything we can’t deliver. We just look at what’s available and tell people the truth about it. It’s a very basic way of running things, but it’s how we like it. The office might look a bit lived-in with all the papers and old files, but that’s because we are actually working here every day. We don’t have a marketing team to polish our image. We just are who we are, a small travel business in Borivali trying to do a good job for the folks who come to see us. It’s not always easy, but it’s our living and we enjoy the work.
