Ocean Village Cruiseliner (P&O Company)

Ocean Village Cruiseliner, which is part of the P&O Company, has its office at 2/65, Madina Manzil. We are on Dr Ambedkar Road in Parel. If you’ve ever been to Parel, you know how hectic it can get with the hospitals and the traffic coming through. Madina Manzil is an older building, one of those classic Mumbai structures that has seen a lot of years. Our space is in there among other small businesses and residents. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We handle stuff related to the cruise lines, mostly paperwork and coordinating things for the ships. It’s interesting work, even if the office itself is just a regular room with some desks and filing cabinets. You can hear the noise from Dr Ambedkar Road all day—horns honking and buses going by. It’s the heartbeat of the city, really. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People who come here are usually looking for specific information or need to drop off documents. It’s a functional place. The staff here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the chai wallah downstairs and the guys in the other offices. It’s a bit dusty and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s our home during the day and we like it.
