Occasionz Unlimited

We are located in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate. It's the A2 building, room 404. Lower Parel is always a rush, and being in an industrial estate means there’s always something going on. We’ve been here at Occasionz Unlimited for a good while. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during lunch, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on plans. It's a lot of coordination. Mumbai life is fast, and we just try to keep up. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just show up, take the calls, and try to make things work for whoever needs us. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to notice. It’s practical here. People come in with ideas, and we see what we can do. Some days are quieter than others, but that’s rare in this part of town. We like the grit of the industrial estate. It feels like real work is happening all around us. We are just one part of that big machine in Lower Parel. We keep our files organized and our coffee hot. That’s about it for us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done every day. It is how things go here.
