Oberoi Hotel& Resorts

This office is located at G-14, S-1 in Dilshad Colony, Delhi. It’s a ground-floor spot in a busy residential area. We handle the administrative side of things for the hotels. It’s a far cry from the fancy lobbies and suites you see at the actual resorts. Here, it’s just us, some computers, and a lot of folders. The office is small and tucked away. Dilshad Colony is a crowded place, so there’s always noise from the street and people passing by. We’ve been at this address for a long time. Most of us who work here live in the colony or nearby, so it’s a short walk to work. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. It’s just a plain door. We spend our day managing bookings, answering emails, and keeping the records straight. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s a very practical workspace. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch together. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just handle it. We don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the day's work done so the hotels run smoothly. It’s a quiet, steady kind of job in a part of Delhi that never seems to stop. We like being part of the local neighborhood while doing our part for the bigger business.
