Oberoi Flight Services New Delhi

We are based in Worli, Mumbai, specifically at 4/22 Century Quarters on P.B. Marg. It’s a bit funny because the name says Oberoi Flight Services New Delhi, but this is where we do the work. The building is one of those older Mumbai structures that has seen better days, but it works for us. We handle the flight service side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old wooden desks and fans that work hard to keep the Mumbai heat away. P.B. Marg is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. It’s just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just find our unit and walk in. We’re a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. We know the local chai wala and the other people who work in the quarters. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just talk about what needs to be delivered and when. It’s a lot of paper shuffling and phone calls to make sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the flight schedules and making sure the administration is handled right from this little corner of Worli.
