Oberoi Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is in C-602 of the Umang building. This is inside Vasant Utsav in Thakur Village. Kandivali East is a nice area to live and work. Thakur Village feels like its own little town because there are parks and shops everywhere you look. From the sixth floor, we have a pretty good view of the other buildings in the complex. It is much quieter up here than down on the main street. We have a small team working inside the flat. Since it is a residential building, we have to keep our voices down. We do not want to disturb the families living next door. The living room is where we put the main desks. We kept the kitchen as it is so we can make our own tea and coffee. It feels more like a home than a construction office. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and big plans. The main table is always covered in papers and blue prints. We have to move things around just to find a pen. It is a bit messy but we know where everything is kept. The balcony has a couple of chairs where we sit when we need a break. The air is a bit fresher here because of the hills nearby. We have been here for a few years and it is a comfortable spot.
