Oberoi Airport Services

We are based in Ramesh Nagar, over in Andheri West. Specifically, we are in flat number twenty-four of the Kranti-eight building. It is a residential area, so it feels very local and not like a big corporate park at all. Working for airport services means we are always on the move. Amboli is a crowded spot, and the traffic around here can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours. Our office is basically just a flat that we have turned into a workspace. We have three desks squeezed into the main room and a lot of cabinets for all the records we keep. It gets pretty loud outside with the honking and the neighbors, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone. Since we are near the airport, things are always urgent. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you will likely see us surrounded by papers and half-empty tea cups. We have been in this part of Mumbai for years. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done regardless. It is a simple operation. We just focus on making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It is a lot of checking and re-checking schedules. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; it is just hard work every day.
