O S Travel

We are based out of Building No 65 in Goregaon East, specifically in the C Wing. It's a typical residential-commercial mix area, and our room is where all the travel planning happens. It's not a big storefront with posters in the window, just a small office where we handle bookings and talk to customers. Goregaon East has become so busy lately, but our corner stays relatively the same. We deal with all sorts of travel requests, from local trips to further away. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually organize the desk. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our customers are people from the nearby buildings who have known us for years. We try to keep things straightforward. If a flight is cancelled or a train is late, we're the ones trying to figure out what to do next. It's a lot of staring at screens and waiting on hold sometimes. The office isn't much to look at, just a couple of chairs and a lot of files, but it gets the job done. We've been in this building for quite a while now. We know the security guards and the other people who work around here. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us, helping people get where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. We just stick to what we know best and stay out of trouble.
