Nz Chocolates

We are tucked away in the Pesh Industries Premises, specifically at unit A6, over on Telco Road in Ghatkopar West. Running Nz Chocolates from here is a bit of a daily grind, but in a good way. The industrial area isn't exactly the most scenic place to make sweets, but the space works for what we need. We spend most of our hours melting and molding and making sure everything is wrapped up properly. It’s a lot of manual work and our clothes usually smell like cocoa by the time we head home. The H O is right here too, so we handle all the paperwork in the same small corner where we keep the finished boxes. It can get a bit tight when a big shipment comes in. We don't have a big storefront where people walk in off the street. It is mostly just us and the machines in the back. Sometimes the humidity in Ghatkopar makes things tricky with the tempering, so we have to watch the temperature constantly. We aren’t some big corporate factory. It is just a handful of us trying to get the orders out on time. The road outside gets pretty backed up with trucks from the other industries around here. We just try to stay focused on the batches we are working on. It's a simple life making chocolates in an industrial estate, but it suits us fine and keeps us out of trouble while we work through the orders.
