Numodular Building Technology Llp

Our setup is located over in Andheri East, specifically in the Rustomjee's Central Park complex. We are in Wing D, flat 34. It is a bit of a mix of a residential area and a workspace, which works for us since we handle modular building technology. This kind of work involves a lot of planning and looking at technical drawings all morning. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to make building parts more efficiently. It is not the usual way people think about construction, but it is what we do here in Mumbai. The office is close to M.V. Road in Chakala, so it is easy enough for people to get to, though the Andheri traffic can be a real pain in the afternoons. We are not a huge corporation with a glass skyscraper or anything like that. We are just a small group working out of a flat to keep our overheads low and focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the samples and blueprints lying around on the tables. We have been at this for a bit now, trying to show how modular systems can actually work for local projects. It is mostly about solving puzzles and making sure everything fits together correctly before it even reaches the construction site. We do not have a big reception desk. If you come by, you will probably find us hunched over computers.
