NUMEN RAMEEHANS INFRAVENTURES LLP

We are located on the 8th floor of the Lotus Trade Centre on Link Road in Andheri. Being in Andheri West means it’s always crowded and there’s always something happening right outside. Our office is room number 802. We work on infraventures, which is just a way of saying we get involved in building projects and infrastructure. The office has a lot of windows looking out over the city, but we are usually too busy to look at the view. We have stacks of files and rolls of drawings everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings trying to get projects moving. Dealing with Mumbai’s regulations and the logistics of getting materials through traffic is a daily struggle. We don't use much flowery language. We just talk about timelines and costs. Our team is a mix of people who have been in this industry for a long time. We know that things rarely go perfectly, so we just focus on solving the problems as they come up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big mission statements. We just want to get the work done and go home. Andheri is a good spot for us because we can get to most parts of Mumbai from here eventually. It’s a lot of hard work but it keeps us busy.
