The shop is over in Bandra West, specifically at Shop No 4/D/1 to 3 in Sarkar Plaza. We are right on the 15th Cross in A Block. If you know the area, we are basically next door to Balaji Restaurant. That’s actually how most people find us—they go for a meal and then see our sign. The smell of sambar and filter coffee from next door is pretty much a constant part of our day. It’s not a huge office, but we have those three small sections joined together to give us enough room to breathe. The plaza itself is an older building, so it has a bit of character, for better or worse. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at screens, trying to figure out routes and tickets for people who want to go somewhere. Bandra is always moving, and this street is no different. You get all kinds of people walking by. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during the monsoon, so we keep a bucket handy. It’s a simple setup with a couple of chairs for whoever stops in. We keep some brochures on the counter, though they get dusty pretty fast. It’s just a regular local business where we try to keep things moving. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the regulars know our names and stop by just to say hello.
