You can find us at number 7 in the Miranagar Society, which is part of the Shivaji Raj Complex on Bandar Pakhadi road. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but it’s a good spot once you get here. We focus on trips up north, which is a huge area to cover. Our office is usually full of maps and photos of the mountains and plains. It’s not a very fancy place. We have a few desks, some computers that are getting a bit old, and a lot of tea cups lying around by the end of the day. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and small guesthouses in places like Himachal or Rajasthan. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the phone lines in the remote areas are down, and we have to wait patiently to confirm a guest’s room. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know North India well and want to help others see it. We don't have a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about their trips. We just try to be practical. If a road is blocked by snow, we tell you. If a hotel isn't great, we say so. It’s about being real with people so they know what to expect. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Miranagar.
