Noor Gandhi Herbals Kirana is situated over in Kurla West. We have Shop Number 2 on Plot Number 171/176. The easiest way to find us is to look for the Azad Hotel because we are quite near there. Kurla is always moving and our street is no different. We deal with herbals and kirana items, so the shop often has a particular smell to it from all the different things we keep in stock. It is a local place for local people. We have sacks and jars all over the shop floor. It might look a bit messy to some, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Being near the hotel means there are always people walking past. We get to know a lot of the faces in the neighborhood after a while. It is a humble setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on having the things people ask for. The shop isn't very big, so we have to use all the space up to the ceiling. It can get quite hot in the summer, but we have a fan that keeps things moving a bit. We are just a regular part of the market area here. People stop by for their daily bits and pieces. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. We’ve been part of this street for a long time now and we plan to stay here.
