Niyati Travels

Niyati Travels is located on the lower ground floor of Sai Nath Plaza. We are right in Mulund West, very close to the railway station. Because we are so near the station, there’s always a crowd of people walking past our building. Our office is small, and since it’s on the lower ground level, it’s actually a bit cooler and quieter than the street outside. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs for people to use while they talk to us. The walls are covered in various maps and travel schedules we’ve pinned up over the years. We aren't a high-end corporate agency with shiny brochures. It’s just a few of us helping people figure out their travel plans. Some days the phones are ringing constantly and other days we just have people dropping in from the station to ask questions. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time. The building is showing its age a bit and the hallway isn't very bright, but everyone around here knows where Sai Nath Plaza is. We like being in Mulund because it feels like a real community. We don't use any complicated software; we just keep our records carefully by hand or on the computer. It’s a simple business run by local people who know how things work. We just try to get people’s trips sorted without adding any extra stress to their lives. That is what keeps us going.
