You can find us at Room Number 342, in the 1/1 building in Vaitrava. We’re in Vikhroli West, quite close to the big Godrej company gates. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here, so there is always movement. We handle travel bookings and things like that for anyone who needs them. The room is small and simple. It’s mostly just a computer, some dusty files, and a few chairs for guests. My brother and I usually take turns being in the office during the week. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but people who live in the colony know the way well enough. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to home. We don't have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who need a bus ticket or a car for a family wedding. We know almost everyone who walks through the door by their first name. The fan in the office makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but we’re used to it. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the factories and the local traffic all day long. It’s not a glamorous job, but it belongs to us. We try to be helpful when someone is confused about a train schedule or a flight. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a local operation, nothing more than that.
