Nishnai Travels

Our office is in Borivali East at 37 Discovery Appartment. We’re pretty easy to find since we are near the Tata Steel area. It’s a small space, mostly just a couple of desks, some old calendars, and a lot of ringing phones. We help people figure out how to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s not like those big websites where you just click a button. We actually talk to people. Sometimes the schedules change or the buses are full, and we have to find a backup plan. That’s a big part of what we do every day. The neighborhood here is mostly residential, so it feels quite neighborly. We know the people who live in Discovery Appartment and the folks working nearby. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the office can feel a bit small then. We have brochures all over the place, though many of them are a bit out of date. We don't mind. We just want to help our neighbors get where they need to go, whether it's a short trip or something longer. We’ve been in Borivali East for a good amount of time now. It’s not a high-tech operation, just us and some notebooks and the computer. We keep at it because we like seeing people head off on their trips. It’s a simple life but it works for us.
