We are based right here in Mumbai, and honestly, this city never stops moving, so neither do we. Nisa Group Of Company is kind of a mix of different things we’ve picked up over the years. We started small, just a couple of us trying to figure out how to run a business, and it just sort of grew from there into a few different areas. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge multi-national corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a group of people who work hard and try to do right by the folks who hire us. Whether it’s security or management or whatever else is on the plate that day, we just jump in and get it done. The office can get pretty loud and chaotic sometimes, especially when everyone is trying to solve a different problem at once. That’s just Mumbai for you. We’ve had our ups and downs like anyone else, but we’re still here, still working. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or try to impress people with big presentations. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see us drinking chai and arguing over a schedule. It’s real life, and it’s how we’ve always operated. We just like being part of the fabric of this city. It’s a lot of work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It takes time to build something, and we’re still at it.
