You can find Nirvana Realty over in Andheri West. Our office is number 501 in the Landmark Morya II building, which is just off the main Link Road. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. Dealing with property in Andheri is always a bit of a challenge because everything moves so fast. One day a place is available, and the next day it’s gone. We spend a lot of our time on the phone trying to keep up with the listings. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit and go through the paperwork that comes with real estate. We handle both residential and commercial stuff since this area has a mix of everything. We don't have any big corporate mission; we just show up and help people navigate the mess of finding a place in Mumbai. It’s a lot of coordination between owners and buyers, and sometimes it gets a bit stressful with the traffic and the deadlines. But we’ve been doing this at the Morya II building for a while now, so we have a routine down. We know the Link Road area really well. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for an office or a new home. We try to be helpful and just give them the facts without any of the usual sales talk you hear elsewhere. It is just a job we do every day.
