Nirmiti Construction & Interior

We’ve been doing this Nirmiti Construction & Interior work for a good while now. Our small office is at Room Number 3 in Arunodaya Niwas, right on Veer Savarkar Marg in Bhandup East. It’s not a fancy place, mostly just where we keep our files and meet up before heading to a site. Some days it’s quiet, but other days it’s a total mess with blueprints, wood shavings, and material samples everywhere. We mostly work around this part of Mumbai, keeping busy with different renovation projects. It gets loud sometimes because of the traffic outside on the main road, but we’re used to it. Usually, one of us is there if someone stops by, but we’re out on-site quite a bit too. Dealing with wood, cement, and paint is what we do daily. We don't have a massive team, just a few people who know their way around a renovation. It is practical work and nothing more. We try to keep things simple and just get the jobs done. If you're looking for us, look for the building near the Bhandup station side. It’s an old place, nothing too modern, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the water is a bit slow, but that’s just how things go around here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we started. Most people know where Arunodaya Niwas is, so finding the office isn't too hard once you’re on the Marg. We just stay busy with the local work.
