Nirmit Projects Private Limited

We've been operating out of Mahim West for a while now. Our office is right here in the Dwarkamai building on Bhagat Lane. It’s a busy spot in Taikalwadi, especially during the morning rush. Most days, you’ll find us at Plot 163, tucked into unit B-1501. It's not a flashy setup, just a regular space where the team gets things done. People often ask where we are, and we just tell them to look for the building near the lane. We spend a lot of time dealing with various projects that come our way at Nirmit Projects Private Limited. The workspace is filled with folders and drawings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. The staff here mostly takes the local trains to get to work because parking is tough. We grab tea from the nearby stalls in the afternoons when things slow down. It's a standard private limited company setup. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. Just the name plate on the door. It’s been our base for a bit. The address is quite specific with the A and B plots, but once you find the gate, it's easy. We try to keep things moving. Most of the work involves sitting at desks and making calls. It's just a normal day at the office in Mahim. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient for everyone. The building has its own quirks, like the slow lift. But we make it work.
