Nirmal Lifestyle Limited has an office at B/403, Sai Sagar Complex CHS Ltd. This is on Plot No. 5, Sector-13, right along the Palm Beach Road in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. Being in Sanpada means we get a bit more space than the folks over in the main part of Mumbai. The building is a typical housing society complex where we have our office space on the fourth floor. From our windows, we can see a bit of the Palm Beach Road traffic moving along. We spend our time working on various lifestyle projects and real estate matters. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and checking on construction details or paperwork. The office is usually humming with the sound of printers and people talking on their phones. We aren't into those flashy modern office designs; we just have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. It’s a very normal office environment. Some days are busier than others, especially when a new project phase is starting up. We’ve been in this sector for quite a while now and have seen Navi Mumbai grow from almost nothing into what it is today. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The local sandwich guy comes by around 4 PM, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon for us while we finish up our tasks.
