Nirmal Holidays Business Shifted From Ghatkopar West

We used to be over in Ghatkopar West, but we moved the business to Andheri East a while back. Now you can find us at Shop No. 9 in the Sathi D’Souza building. We are right by Shantabag Society, in that lane near G B Shah College and the Vasna Barrage. It took some time to get settled into the new spot and move all our things, but we’re doing okay now. We mostly help people plan their holidays. It's a small shop, nothing too big or flashy. We have some brochures and a couple of old desks. Moving locations was a bit of a headache with all the files and equipment we had gathered over the years. But we like this part of town. The area around the college is always lively with students. We get a lot of people walking by and peeking in. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from their friends or family. It’s a family-run kind of thing for us. We take our time with each person who comes in to ask a question. Sometimes we're busy on the phone for hours at a time. Other days it's a bit quieter and we can finally catch up on the paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to help people have a decent trip without any fuss. The move from Ghatkopar was the right choice for us. It feels more like home here in Andheri East.
