You can find our office on the 5th floor of Palm Hills in Upper Govind Nagar. We’re right here in Malad East, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The view from the office is alright, but we don’t spend much time looking out the window. We’re usually busy with blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Building things in Mumbai is always a challenge because space is tight and the rules are always changing. We handle the planning and the construction side of things, trying to keep projects moving forward without too many hiccups. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group where everyone knows each other’s names. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with all the site reports and samples of tiles or bricks lying around, but that’s just how we like it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build structures and try to make sure they stay up. If there’s a problem on a site, one of us goes down there to sort it out personally. We just show up and get the job done. It’s not always pretty, and the hours can be long, but we’re used to the grind of the Malad real estate scene. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our signs around the neighborhood.
