NINE DIMENSIONS TWO HOUSING LLP

Our office for NINE DIMENSIONS TWO HOUSING LLP is on the 8th floor of Kohinoor Square. We are in unit B 806. It’s on N C Kelkar Marg, right across from the Shiv Sena Bhavan in Dadar West. It’s a very central spot in Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We spend our days here dealing with all the bits and pieces of housing development. It’s a lot of talking to vendors and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. We aren't a high-pressure sales office. We’re more about the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making a building happen. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or flooring samples. We don't really mind, though. It feels like a real workspace. Being in Dadar is great because we are close to everything, but the noise from the street can be a lot sometimes. We just try to stay focused on the tasks at hand. There isn't a grand philosophy or mission behind what we do. We just want to build houses that people can actually live in without issues. We work hard, go home, and do it again the next day. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. If you’re ever in Dadar, you’ll see our building standing tall near the main road. We are just here, getting on with things.
