Nilaya Tours & Travels is located down Haji Allarakhaia Lane, just off Shimpoli Road. If you are looking for us, we are at A 6 in the 2nd Pranam Nagarshimpoli area. It’s a bit tucked away, so people sometimes miss the turn if they aren't looking closely. The office isn't very big, mostly just a space where we keep our registers and talk to people about their trips. We’ve been operating from this lane for a while now. Some days are busier than others, especially when school holidays are coming up or people are planning to visit family. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. It’s mostly just us sitting here with a cup of tea, trying to figure out the best routes for whoever walks through the door. The lane can get a bit crowded with scooters parked outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We aren't a big corporate agency with shiny brochures on every wall. It’s more about sitting down and having a real conversation about where you want to go. We keep track of everything in our books. Most of our regulars are families from around Shimpoli who have known us for years. We just keep things straightforward. If there’s a train or a bus needed, we check it. We don’t do any of that fancy advertising you see online. We just stay here in the lane and do the work.
