We’re over here at Bungalow 29/B in the N B CHS area of Nairwadi, Ghatkopar. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. Our office is tucked away on NP Road. Usually, the mornings start with the sound of the traffic picking up and the local shops opening their shutters. It’s a typical residential spot where everyone kind of knows each other's faces after a while. Most days we are just sitting here handling the files and taking calls. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes the road a bit messy, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this Ghatkopar address for a bit now. People walk by the gate, heading to work or the market nearby. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place in a regular society. You find us here from Monday to Saturday, usually through the afternoon heat. There’s a tea stall not too far off where we sometimes grab a quick drink when things get a bit slow. We don’t have a big reception area, just the desks and the files we need. It’s a practical setup. Getting here can be a bit of a squeeze during rush hour, but if you know the Nairwadi lanes, it's not too bad. We just keep things moving, dealing with the paperwork that comes with the name Nikhil Buildcon LLP. It’s just us doing our bit in this corner of the city.
