Nigam R R

Nigam R R is located in Andheri West, right in the Phase I area of the 1st Stage. We are in Flat No 105 at Mahesh Villa. It is one of those typical residential buildings in Andheri where half the people are living there and the other half are running small offices out of their front rooms. Finding a parking spot near Mahesh Villa is almost impossible after ten in the morning, so we usually tell people to just take an auto from the station. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of wooden desks, some old cupboards for the files, and a few plastic chairs for when someone drops by. The window in the main room looks out onto the street, so we hear all the street food vendors and the school kids walking by in the afternoon. It gets a bit warm in the summer because the building is tucked away between two larger ones, blocking the breeze, but we have a couple of ceiling fans that do the job well enough. It is a quiet enough spot once you are inside with the door shut. We don't have any corporate branding or sleek furniture. It is just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We've been here long enough that the neighborhood feels like home, and most of the people in the building know who we are when we pass them in the hallway.
