Nidhi Travels

Nidhi Travels is run out of A-64 in Sabarmati Apartment. It is more of a home-office setup, which keeps things simple for us and our customers. We don't have a big office in a commercial building with a sign outside. Instead, we work from this quiet apartment block. You can usually find us surrounded by notebooks, calendars, and a couple of mobile phones that never seem to stop ringing. We handle bookings for cars and buses for people who need to travel for weddings or family trips out of town. Since we are in a residential building, it is a very informal environment. We often have tea while discussing routes with our drivers or taking calls from customers late in the evening. The Sabarmati Apartment is easy to find, and we have lived here for a long time now. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We don't use flashy brochures or big advertisements on the internet. Most of our work comes from people in the building or friends of friends who know we are reliable. It is a personal way of doing things. Sometimes we have to work late at night to make sure a pickup is on time for the next morning. It is not a 9-to-5 job for us, and we are okay with that. We take care of the details so the travelers don't have to worry too much about their journey. It is just a small family business.
