Niche Events & Promotions

Our small office is over at Shams Palace on Hill Road in Bandra West. It’s room A-3. If you know Bandra, you know how Hill Road gets on the weekends, but even on a Tuesday, it’s pretty loud out there. We’ve been doing events and promotions from this spot for a good while now. The office is basically just a few tables covered in folders and old event flyers. It’s usually a bit messy because things move so fast in this line of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running out to meet vendors around the city. Bandra is a good place for it, even if parking is a total nightmare every single day. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know how to get things organized. Sometimes the AC makes a weird rattling noise, but we’re used to it. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs or walk a bit further for a proper meal if we have the time. There’s always something happening right outside our window, which is distracting but keeps things interesting. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai or anything. We just like doing the work and seeing an event come together. It’s a lot of long hours and missed meals, but that’s just how it goes here in Shams Palace. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else really.
