New Packwell Engineers

We are located in Ambad, tucked away behind the Marathi School in the Datir Mala area. It’s a bit quieter than the main MIDC roads, which is nice. Our workshop is at Survey Number 81/1. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break time at the school while we are working on our machines. We do engineering work here, mostly focused on packing solutions and related stuff. The shop is a bit cramped because we have a lot of materials stacked up. We’ve been here at New Packwell Engineers for several years. It started as a small room and we slowly took over the space next to it. The walls are painted a light color, but they’ve gotten grey from the machine smoke over time. We don’t really care about the looks as long as the machines are running smooth. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting small issues with parts. Sometimes the rain gets a bit loud on the tin roof during the monsoon, and we have to talk louder to hear each other. We eat our lunch together in the back area. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s a practical place for people who like fixing things. We just do the job and go home to our families at the end of the shift.
