New Golden Bags

We are located at Shop Number 1 on 2nd Ghelabaii Street in Madanpura. We are right near the A.K.I. Urdu High School, which means we see a lot of kids and parents every day. New Golden Bags started out small and we’ve stayed that way. We focus on what we know, which is bags. Since the school is so close, we keep a lot of school bags and backpacks in stock. But we also have some bigger bags for travel and everyday use. The street can be quite narrow and busy, so it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when deliveries come. We don't have any fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered with bags hanging on hooks. We do the repairs too, if someone has a broken zipper or a torn strap. It’s a practical shop. We don't use computers much, just a notebook for keeping track of things. We've been in Madanpura for a long time and know the rhythm of the street. When school lets out, it gets very noisy and crowded. We like being part of the neighborhood. We aren't some big chain or anything. It’s just a local shop where you can get a bag that lasts. We're here every day except for some Fridays when we close early. Stop by if you’re near the high school. It’s just a small place with lots of bags, nothing more fancy than that.
