New Electricals

We are up on the 6th floor of Orchid Palace. This is on Military Road in Marol, right in Andheri East. New Electricals is what we call the place. Being on the 6th floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down. Marol is a busy area, so getting here can take some time if the traffic is bad. We’ve been here for a bit. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and paperwork. Mumbai 59 is our area. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We do what we can from here. Most of our work is out at sites, but this is where we start the day. Military Road has changed so much lately with all the new buildings. Our spot in Orchid Palace is easy to find if you look for the sign near the lift. We have a few guys coming in and out all day. It’s mostly just making sure the jobs are sorted and the supplies are ready. We don't really have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace. We've got wires and testers lying around everywhere. If you come by, just ring the bell on the 6th floor. Someone is usually around to answer. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day in Mumbai. We don't bother with anything too fancy here.
