We've been here in Laxmi Nagar for a while now, right on Mahakali Mandir Road. Most people around Goregaon West know the spot. We mostly handle bus tickets and train bookings for folks heading out of town. It gets pretty busy in the mornings with people asking about schedules or trying to fix their holiday plans. We just sit at the desk and try to get the paperwork sorted so nobody misses their trip. It's a small office, nothing fancy, just a couple of chairs and a lot of maps on the wall. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes. My uncle started this place because he liked knowing where all the roads led. Now we just keep it running day to day. We talk to the drivers, keep track of the routes, and make sure the tickets are printed right. If you're walking down M 62, you'll see our sign. People stop by just to ask for directions sometimes, and we don't mind. We know the area well. It's a lot of typing and phone calls, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go home to their villages. We just try to keep things organized so the travel part isn't a headache for anyone. It's a regular job, but it feels good when someone comes back and says they had a smooth journey. We also help with some local tours if someone wants to see the sights nearby without driving themselves.
