New Abhishek Travels

Our little office is Shop No 2 over in the Chintamani Dube Chawl area. It's part of the Nav Sahyadri Society, right there in Borivali East. Being so close to the National Park means we see a lot of people heading that way, especially on weekends. The Akshay building isn't too hard to find once you get into the lane. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, answering phones and trying to keep the schedules straight. Travel business can be a bit chaotic with all the timing changes and bus routes, so there’s usually a lot of scratching things out on paper. New Abhishek Travels has been operating from this spot for a bit. The shop is small, just enough space for a couple of chairs and the computers. We keep the door open usually to let some air in, though the street noise comes in too. People pop in to ask about tickets or just to check the timings for the next trip out. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can talk to people face to face. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us a round while we’re sorting out the bookings. Borivali East is a busy place to be, but we like being right in the middle of it. It feels real. We just do our bit to help folks get where they need to go.
