We’ve been messing around with computers and servers for a long time now. Nettech Services India Pvt Ltd is basically what happens when you spend your whole life fixing routers and trying to figure out why the internet is slow. It’s a small operation, mostly just us handling the day-to-day tech headaches that people don't want to deal with. We aren't some giant call center where you get put on hold for an hour. Usually, someone just picks up the phone and we try to sort it out. Computers are weird and they break at the worst times, usually on a Friday afternoon. We do a lot of networking stuff, setting up cables and making sure the security is decent enough to keep the bad stuff out. It’s not glamorous, and the back of our desks are a total disaster of wires, but we know where everything goes. People ask us how to fix things, and we just do it. We don't use big words to sound smart because that doesn't help anyone get back to work. We’ve seen about every error message there is by now. If a server goes down, we’re the ones sweating over it until the lights turn green again. It's just what we do. We like the puzzles. Every office needs someone who knows how the hardware actually talks to the software, and that's us. We just keep the systems running so life stays simple.
