Netcom Systems And Services is basically just us working through things here. It gets busy some mornings when everyone is calling at once and the coffee isn't even ready yet. We’ve been around for a bit now. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a desk and computer kind of setup where we get things done. Sometimes the email gets a bit buried in the inbox so we have to stay on top of it. It’s a small operation. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't connecting right. There’s always something new to learn in this business which keeps us on our toes. We don’t really do big meetings or anything. It's just simple work. Usually, things go smooth but we have those days where nothing seems to work. We just keep at it until the job is finished. That’s how we’ve always done it. If you send a message to that Yahoo address, one of us will eventually see it. We are just regular people trying to keep the systems running. It’s not flashy but it works for us and the folks we help out. The office is usually a bit cluttered with cables and spare parts. We don't mind it much though because it means we are working.
