Neon Builders Llp is tucked away in the Sun Mill Compound over in Lower Parel. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic this area can get. Our office is on the first floor of the Cama Industrial Estate on Sitaram Jadhav Marg. It’s an old industrial building with a lot of character, and we like it that way. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby shops and the traffic on Delisle Road, but it keeps us energized. We spend our days dealing with builders, architects, and all the red tape that comes with construction in a city this size. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication and trying to keep everything on schedule, which is never as easy as it sounds on paper. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of putting things together. Our workspace is usually covered in drawings and files, and we probably drink too much coffee to stay awake during the long shifts. We don't try to look more important than we are. We're just a local outfit doing our part in the middle of a very busy city. Sometimes things go wrong, a delivery is late or a permit takes longer than expected, but we just deal with it and move on. It is honest work and we take pride in getting it done without any big corporate attitude or fancy slogans to hide behind.
