Neelam Buildtech Enterprises Llp is situated right in the heart of Mumbai, in the Fort area. Our address is 322 Commerce House, 140 N Master Road. Fort is an old part of the city with a lot of history, and Commerce House is one of those classic buildings you see around there. We’ve been operating from this office for a good bit, focusing on buildtech and general construction projects. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of energy, and we find that it keeps us on our toes. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of layers. When you talk to us, you’re talking to the people who actually make the decisions. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different sites and making sure our supplies are where they need to be. The traffic on N Master Road can be a nightmare, but being centrally located in Mumbai City makes it easier to get to projects in any direction. We don't believe in using a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. It's about getting the right materials and the right people on the job. We've had our share of long days and tough deadlines, but that’s just part of the deal. We stay focused on the work in front of us and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. This office is where it all happens, from the first sketch to the final bill. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs.
