Nebula

We are over at Nebula, located at 120, Dev Chaaya on Keluskar Road. It is right there by Shivaji Park in Dadar. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Dadar can get. Being so close to the park is nice though, because we get a bit of a breeze and plenty of people walking by in the evenings. Our place is on the ground floor. It is not very large, but we have managed to fit enough tables for a decent crowd. I have been working here since we first opened. The walls are painted a plain cream color, and we have some old pictures of the city hanging up. It is a bit cramped when it gets full, but people do not seem to mind the squeeze. We spend our mornings cleaning up and getting the kitchen ready for the lunch rush. The traffic on Keluskar Road is pretty constant, so there is always a hum of cars in the background. We do not have a website or anything fancy like that. We just rely on the folks who live in the neighborhood. Some of them have been coming since the first week we started. We try to keep things simple and honest. The sink in the back leaks a little bit sometimes, but we put a bucket under it and get on with things. It is just a normal place where you can get a bite to eat. We are not trying to be anything we are not.
