NCG HEIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is Room 25 on the ground floor of the Nav Vyapar Bhavan building. It’s located on P D Mello Road, right near Carnac Bunder in Mumbai. This area is always moving, with all the port traffic and the trucks constantly going past our door. It’s a bit of an old-school spot, but it works for what we do. We handle height-related projects and general building stuff around the city. The ground floor location is handy because people can just walk in off the street without having to hunt for an elevator. It gets a bit dusty with the road being so close, but we’re used to that by now. We spend our days going through site reports and making sure the logistics are sorted out. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist here; you just walk in and find whoever is at their desk. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a while, and we know the neighborhood inside and out. It’s a lot of hard work and keeping track of details that others might miss. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done on time. It’s a busy life here at Carnac Bunder, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We focus on the practical side of building and staying on top of the paperwork.
