Ncdex has been here at Building No 2/C/4 in Dr Baliga Nagar for quite a while now. If you know Mahim East, you probably know where Jasmine Mill Road is. We’re right across from the Diamond Apartments. It’s a busy spot, always something happening outside the window. Our office is just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Some of us have been coming here for years, taking the same route past the local shops. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a solid part of the neighborhood. People sometimes get lost looking for the specific building number because there are a few around here, but once you find the apartments opposite us, it’s easy. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of paper moving around and phones ringing most of the morning. Usually, around lunchtime, you can smell whatever the neighbors are cooking. It feels like a community here, not just a place of business. We don't really have big signs or anything. We just focus on what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the traffic on Jasmine Mill Road gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it. It’s home for us during the work hours. We share the space, drink our tea, and handle the tasks as they come. It’s just how things are run around here in Mahim. We just keep our heads down and work.
