We are based over in Ghatkopar East, specifically at Laxmi Niwas. It’s a quiet spot, and we've been operating out of shop number 5 for some time. Dealing with holiday planning is what we do. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for families. People from the neighborhood drop by quite often just to ask about prices or where they should go for a short break. We don't have a massive team or a flashy website that does everything automatically. Most of the work is done through phone calls and writing things down. It can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area, but we’re still here at the same address. It’s a simple setup. We help with tickets, hotels, and those sorts of things. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there’s a delay with the bookings, but we stay on top of it. It’s honest work. We like being in Ghatkopar. It feels like home. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a few people trying to help their neighbors get a decent vacation without too much stress. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It's nothing fancy, just a local travel desk for the people living nearby.
