Navkar Agency

We've been here in the Kalyanji Compound for a long time now. Navkar Agency is just a small place tucked away in Umiya Sheri, Chembur. Usually, it's pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their day. You might have to navigate some heavy traffic to find us, but once you're inside the compound, it's a lot quieter. I spend most of my day sitting at this old wooden desk, sorting through papers and making sure everything is where it should be. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or a reception area. Just a regular spot where we get our work done. Some days the ceiling fan makes a bit of clicking noise, but we’re used to it by now. People from around the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask for directions to the main road. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the piles of files get a bit high when it's a hectic week. Most of us have been living around Chembur for years, so we know the area like the back of our hands. It’s nice being close to home. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break, and the chai there is actually pretty good. It’s a simple, honest business running out of a local spot. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly find us because they know someone who knows us. That's just how it works here.
